Incomplete transfers (2 posts)

Hi, i run an automator script where downloads, once complete are moved into a folder which triggers fetch to upload the file to a local server (a Linux NAS). Files typically under 2GB don't have any issues. Larger files will be incomplete almost 100% of the time. A file that's 5 gb will end up on the server at 1.3gb (and unusable). The automator script has a 1-minute delay before the file transfer starts but the the fetch folder file is local (it's in the same download folder) so it's not a mater of the transfer starting before the complete file is available. I watch the process start and the file is there in it's entirety- but the transfer simply stops. This issue has occurred since I purchased Fetch (was using mavericks at the time, now Yosemite).

I'm guessing there's something I'm missing in terms of the settings but it's not apparent since half the transfers seem to work without issue.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks much

    Hi,

Are you able to upload large files to that server manually? Some servers have a 2GB or 4GB limit on FTP uploads.

    Thanks,
