Initial file folder became a document (3 posts)

  Morning,

  I am accessing my university web space through Fetch. After connecting like I normally do I usually see a folder with my student id that I could double click to go to my "home" folder. Yesterday that folder turned into a document in Fetch, so now double clicking initiates download. I talked with my school's help desk and they couldn't figure it out. Their suggestion was to post here and/or switch to filezilla. Anyone ever had this happen? I haven't adjusted any settings or preferences.

  Hi,

  I would try refreshing the file list (choose Refresh from the View menu) before double-clicking the folder. If that does not work, could you then choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu and post the contents here? I'll see what I can figure out.
