hmmmm...OS X is a great new os...and I want to take the full advantage of it's UNIX base, so I formated my main partition of my hard drive as a UNIX file system. Unfortunately, it would seem that the installer for 4.0b6 won't install to that disk because "it is a network file system". I've not had any other made-for-OS X apps give me this error. Can you fix this please so I can use my most favorite FTP app in whole world?? ;-)

Thanks for the report -- I will pass it along to MindVision (which makes the installer). I'm not sure there are any downsides to using HFSith X, unless you have software that relies on case-sensitive file names, but that's little consolation if you've already formatted your disk as UFS!
