Hi,
Is the problem that Fetch is automaticallly stuffing TIFFs when you upload them?
If so, Fetch is not supposed to be doing that. Could you please do the following to help us investigate the problem?
* Connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (no username or password necessary)
* Upload one of the TIFF files to the "incoming" folder, allowing it to be stuffed (you can't view files in that folder, but you can upload them there)
* Post the name of the file here or send email to bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com , so we know where to look for it.Thanks.
After you do that, here's how to upload the TIFFs without stuffing them:
* Go to the "Remote" menu, choose the "Format" submenu, and choose "Binary (Raw Data)" as the format.
After you do that, the TIFF files will upload without any modification or stuffing. The above setting only affects the current connection; you can change the default format for all connections with the "Default upload format" menu in the Upload pane in the Preferences window.
Let us know if you have any more questions. Thanks,
Scott McGuire
