Multiple files to Alesis HD24 (3 posts)

    Hi, wondering if anyone can help me out.
    I downloaded the fetch demo yesterday in order to move audio files between Mac and Alesis HD24.

    Download works fine (to mac), but I only seem to be able to upload one file at a time (to HD24) whereafter the server connection is dropped.

    Is this mayhap a restriction in the demo?
    If this would work I'll buy the full version immediately! :)

    The demo is fully functional, so that isn't the reason that the multiple uploads aren't working. Can you post (or email to support@fetchsoftworks.com) the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after trying to upload multiple files? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu.

    Thanks for you're email support. Nothing helped, but then it all started working!!
    What do I know !?!

    Whatever - Alesis HD24 works fine with ftp multiple file transfers.

    I'll be getting the fetch registration fee to you soon
