It sounds like the permissions of a file or folder are set incorrectly. For the web server to serve the files they need to be world readable. You should be able to check the permissions of a file or folder by selecting it in the Fetch file list and clicking the Get Info button.

Hi Jim, I checked the permissions on one of the ones that has the "Forbidden Access" message popping up
and they are identical to a link that my clients and I can access. What should I check next? It doesn't seem to be the permissions. The uploading of the files is working the same way it always does.
Thanks, Martha -

If it isn't permissions I'd check .htaccess files, which can be used to limit access to certain folders.
It may be helpful to contact the tech support people at your web host. They should have access to the Apache web server error logs, which may indicate specifically why a request is being denied.
Thanks,

HI, I uploaded files fine...I can see them on the Directory. Both my client and then myself - when I tried it
myself - have gotten "Forbidden to Access" messages. What is this about?
