My Fetch program crashes... (5 posts)

  I have been a happy user of Fetch for a while. Yesteday I ran Drive Genius "Repair" and Fetch opens fine, but everytime I try to connect to a FTP it crashes.. Any ideas what I can do?

  Hi,

  It's possible that Drive Genius's repair damaged Fetch in some way. I would recommend that you download a fresh copy of Fetch from our downloads page. After installing the new copy of Fetch, I would restart your Mac for good measure.

  If you're still having a problem after doing that, let us know and we'll investigate further.

  Thank you for fast response.. However I have downloaded the latest version - and I have now since then discovered that also CuteFtp and iTunes can't initiate... I believe something has happened to my system, but I haven't got a clue what...

  Hi Morten,

  If you're having trouble with other applications as well, then probably there's something wrong with your installation of Mac OS X, instead of Fetch. I'd recommend contacting Drive Genius support, since this seems to have started after you used it.
