  When I attempt to upload to my webspace I get the above error message - what is this and what can I do? Thanks.

  Hi,

  Most likely this indicates a problem with the server you are trying to upload to.

  However, we will investigate to make sure there are no problems on your end.

  Could you please tell us which version of Fetch you are using, and which version of Mac OS?

  And do you get the error when you try to connect to the website, or are you able to connect successfully?

  Thanks for the reply.
  I am using Mac 0S10.4.11 and Fetch 4.0.3.
  The problem only seems to occur when I try to actually upload the new website, some basic info is getting through so I have been able to see outlines for text boxes etc but not actual text.

  Hi,

  I would download Fetch 5.3 and give it a try to see if fixes the problem. (You can try Fetch 5.3 for free for 15 days, and you can run it on the same machine that you have 4.0.3 installed on and it will not cause a problem for Fetch 4.0.3.)

  If you still experience a problem with Fetch 5.3, please do the following after you get an error in Fetch 5.3:

  * Go to the Window menu, and choose Fetch Transcript.
  * Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.
