Hi,
It sounds like your router is blocking FTP data connections. I would contact the router vendor to see what configuration change is needed to allow FTP (I know that I had to change the configuration of my Comcast router/cable modem).
Alternatively, you could ask your hosting company if they support SFTP connections, which are less likely to be blocked by router firewalls.
Thanks,

Fetch Softworks

Hello,
I never had a problem with Fetch until recently I changed my router and modem. I got this message from Fetch.
Fetch could not get the file list because there was a timeout trying to establish a passive mode data connection.
A server firewall might be blocking passive mode (PASV) transfers. Ask the server administrator for help, or try unchecking the “Use passive mode transfers (PASV)” box in the General pane of the Preferences.
Can anyone please advice? I tried reconnect the wifi several times but still didn't work. Thank you!
