Hi Dan,
It sounds like you have WebView misconfigured.
When you connect to the server with Fetch, what are the names of the files and folders you see in the file list?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Hi Jim,
Thanks for coming back to me. I see the following as soon as I connect -
ftp://djdanprice.com:@ftp.djdanprice.com/b-one-default.html
ftp://djdanprice.com:@ftp.djdanprice.com/danpromo/
ftp://djdanprice.com:@ftp.djdanprice.com/index_rename.html

Could you:
1) Find the newsletter that you uploaded to the server
2) Select it in the file list
3) Hold down the Option key
4) Choose "Copy Fetch Address" from the Edit menu
5) Paste the address into your reply? Thanks,

You can view your newsletters in a browser at:
and
There are a couple things you'll want to straighten out. One is that WebView is misconfigured. To fix that, follow these steps:
1) In Fetch, connect to the server and go to the presskit folder
2) Make sure no file is selected
3) While holding down the Option key, click the WebView button
4) It should ask you for a web address. Enter:http://www.djdanprice.com/danpromo/presskit/
and click OK
Once you do that, the WebView button and Copy Web Address command should work. To test it, select one of the newsletter HTML files and click WebView; the newsletter should appear in your browser.
That brings you to the second problem: your newsletter is appearing without any images. The newsletter HTML expects a bunch of image files (with names like image-1.jpg, image-2.jpg, etc.) to be in the same folder as the HTML file, i.e. the presskit folder. But if you upload the images for both newsletters to that folder you'll have a new problem, as image-1.jpg for one newsletter issue will wipe out image-1.jpg for the other one.
The solution is to put each issue of the newsletter in its own folder. I suspect that each issue is in its own folder, along with all those image files, on your Mac. So instead of uploading just the HTML file, upload the entire folder. Then enter the folder, select the HTML file, and click WebView -- you should see the newsletter in your browser.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

That's great, thanks Jim. I'll be sure to configure it this way and upload the whole folder from now on. ; )
Thanks again.

Hi,
New to Fetch and currently on trial with the program.
Having trouble viewing my new HTML newsletter as a webpage after uploading it to the server.
"The requested URL /DJ Dan Price - Newsletter #2 (February 2012).html was not found on this server."
I have linked my corresponding Fetch & Web addresses as follows: ftp://djdanprice.com:@ftp.djdanprice.com/danpromo/presskit/newsletters - http://www.djdanprice.com
Is this correct if I want a newsletter to show in my browser?
I have read through all the FAQs and troubleshooting tips but can't seem to figure out what I'm missing.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Dan
