    Is the site down? A customer contacted me as she couldn't download the file she purchased and received an error message. I logged in to check and also received this error message: Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at brave-writer.fetchapp.com Port 443

    Please advise.

    You want support for FetchApp, not Fetch.
