    Hello!

I'm trying to sort out an issue we've been having with this FTP. All other clients' servers are working correctly and without an issue.

Today, I received this message on this one specific client's FTP:

An FTP connection to "server.client.com" could not be opened because the FTP server has shut down.
Try again, or contact the server administrator to verify that this server is running.
Server responded: "Your IP is banned, no further requests will be processed from this IP."

On his end, the FTP is working properly and without issue. If I press 'okay', I can then click connect on the prompt again. It will then take me into the server, but I cannot see files that are supposed to be there.

Is there something on my end that I need to correct?

    Hi,

As the error message indicates, the server has banned your IP address. You should contact the company that runs the server to find out why, and get your IP address un-banned.

    Thanks,
