I am trying to get Fetch 4.0 to work for one of my colleagues who wants to ftp from his home. He connects from home via a cable modem (Broadband), and for some reason I can't get his computer to connect to the school's server even though I know that the school's server is up and running. When I dial in from my regular 56K modem, I don't have a problem ftping to the school's server. I am guessing that I need to configure his Fetch preferences in some special way. Can someone help me?

It would be useful to see the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after he tries to connect (choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal it).

    Thanks,
