    I am well below my limit, yet when i try to upload to my website, i get this error message. If i come back in an hour or two, it's ok and will work for a while, but eventually i will get this error message again.

    My website hoster is not much help. But when i log into my account and check my stats, i am way below my limit.

    Any ideas what the problem is?

    It sounds like a problem with your hosting service. While you are below your limit the total amount of storage on a particular disk is being exhausted. The hosting provider will probably have to move some users' accounts to another disk to make space.
