Hi Robert,
Do you recall which version of Fetch were you upgrading from?
Here's what I recommend. Make sure you have quit Fetch on both computers. Then follow the instructions in the moving shortcuts to another Macintosh help topic, and see if that works for you.
If not, let us know and we'll try to help out.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Fetch Softworks
- Page 1
I transferred Fetch to my new computer - From a Power Mac running Tiger to a MacBook Pro Running Snow Leopard. I upgraded and entered the serial number and Fetch is working.
I then transferred the Fetch shortcuts form the old preferences file to the one on the MacBook but it is not reading this shortcut list. Is there a way to make this work? When I go to the preferences folder and open it up, they are all there but when I open Fetch only the softworks connection is there.
I also sent this by email
Thanks, Robert
