I would choose Preferences... from the Fetch menu, click on the Firewall tab, and make sure the Proxy Type menu is set to None. If that does not fix the problem could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you dismiss the error message?
Thanks,

I'm working on a mac with OS X 10.2.8. I successfully uploaded several images to one of my servers, and when I tried to change directories after uploading, Fetch froze and I had to force quit. I restarted my computer and now I am getting this error message for any connection I attempt.
Here is the error: "No address can be found for that hostname; make sure it is correct, and that yourr TCP/IP control panel is set to contact the correct domain name server."
Please help, I'm on deadline...
Thanks
