Could you send your system.log file to bugs at fetchsoftworks.com? It should contain information that will help us figure out what is going on.
To find the system.log file, choose "Go to Folder..." from the Go menu and enter "/var/log".
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Was this resolved? My officemate and I just tried to install and got the same response. We double-click on the Fetch App, and it looks like it opens, see a flash of a start window, and then it shuts itself.
We're running 10.3.9 on a dual 1.8 G5.
I'll also send my system log.
Thanks,

We think we've fixed this problem in Fetch 5.0.1, which you can download from http://fetchsoftworks.com. Please let me know if that is not the case for you.
Thanks,

Hello,
I am seeing the same problem, even with Fetch 5.0.1 and even after deleting all Fetch 4 items from my preferences folder. I am running OS X 10.4.1. Please let me know if you need any other details, and thank you for all your hard work over the years.

It looks like my problem is fixed now with the 5.0.1.
I DID try to send you my system.log file too when I posted the first time, however it was 13MB and wouldn't go thru our email server.
Thanks again!

I just purchased and downloaded Fetch 5.0. I dragged the fetch icon into the applications folder, but when I try to launch the program nothing happens...
