Hi Mike,
This problem might be caused by something in your router or cable/DSL modem - we've seen that some network hardware dropped connections during very long transfers.
One option is to try Fetch's resume upload feature, which will let you start the upload where you left off after the connection was dropped, instead of starting at the beginning again. (Not all servers support resume upload, but many do.)
That would still require two steps, but at least you wouldn't have to split the files into two pieces (or start over if it happens to a file that you didn't split to begin with).
Also, if you could send an email summarizing your problem to:
bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com
we might be able to help out with some other suggestions.
Thanks,

I've had pretty good results using Fetch, but one thing keeps happening and it is consistent, regardless of the server I upload to.
We upload a PDF version of our publications to two different companies for printing, depending on who can do the job for us. At both of those, if my pub size is more than 150mb, and it frequently is, it drops the connection after getting a little over 150mb loaded. Pretty aggravating to spend an hour or so uploading and then having the connection get dropped. The only solution we've come up with is to split the file in two pieces.
Is there a setting I'm overlooking that I can do to avoid extra steps?
Thanks
