Hi,
The two most common explanations for this problem are:
1.The file was uploaded, but the browser is showing you an old, cached version. You can check for this by holding down Shift when you click the Reload button in the browser, to force it to retrieve the latest file from the server, or by checking the site with a different browser that you don't use often.
2. The file was uploaded to the wrong folder. To fix this, double-check your hosting company's instructions, and the folder path where you are uploading the file.

We've been using Fetch for a long time with no problems. Not sure why, but now when we upload files to server, Fetch shows normal upload action but file is not really uploaded. New uploaded files does not show up on browser. Upload does not replace existing file. Any help would be appreciated.
