Uploading PDF Files (2 posts)

    I'm trying to update a pdf file on my web site. No matter what I do, when I go to the page, and click on the link all I get is Acrobat running with a blank page displayed. What the heck am I doing wrong?????

    Make sure that the file name ends in .pdf, and that you are uploading in Raw Data format. Uploading in Automatic format should work (i.e. it should use Raw Data automatically) but if the file has the wrong file type or Internet Config has an incorrect mapping that can have the result you're seeing.
