What is the criteria for getting an Educational/Charity Liscense (2 posts)

    i submitted a form for the aforementioned liscense, but was wondering if there was any way to send in more data to, well, discribe my particular situation. honestly, the form allowed little to no leeway to "argue" my case, which, in retrospect, might have been one of its goals :)
    anyone have suggestions/pointers for me?
