  I need to cancel Fetch.
  The phone number on my credit card bill will not connect. I have left wo messages on your voicemail number. Please cancel my account and confirm same.

  Hi,

  I apologize about the phone number on the credit card bill. We corrected that with the card processing company in January, and believe that new charges have the correct number.

  Fetch is not sold as a subscription service, so the credit card charge on your bill was a one-time charge. You can keep using Fetch for as long as you like.
