  I am accessing my company's ftp site via fetch. One of our customers informed me that she uploaded something to it. When I open fetch, the file isn't visible, but when I use explorer on my pc, I can see and download it. Why isn't it showing on fetch?

  Hi,

  If you choose "Refresh" from the View menu, or click the small Refresh arrow above the right side of the file list, does the file appear?
