    I can not connect with my mac to my host.
    I contacted my email provider and he feels I have
    either one or more firewalls. I have comcast cable
    connection to the house.
    The error message is "There is no host by that name"

    thanks
    James

    Hi James,

    Try this to solve the problem:

    * Choose Fetch > Preferences
    * Click on the Proxy tab (Fetch 5) or Firewall tab (Fetch 4)
    * Check to make sure the "Proxy type" pop-up menu is set to "None". If it's not, choose "None" and try connecting again.

    Let us know if that does not solve the problem.

    Thanks,
