Hello. My site is designed in Flash and posted through Fetch in the public_html folder. what I would like to do is post something that someone can pull down from the ftp site, w/o giving them the password I use to access and make changes to my website. Is their some way I can post something in one of the other bins that would allow someone to just go and get it either through a browser or Fetch?

If you put a file in your public_html folder people will be able to download it with their browser (without entering a password). To make it possible to download files with Fetch (or another FTP client) your service provider would have to provide you with an anonymous FTP folder. For example, (which hosts provides a public_ftp directory for this purpose.
