Connecting to SFTP on new computer not working

I am trying to connect to a clients ftp which uses "sftp" on my new Mac Studio. I have another ftp for a different client that connects fine on the new computer. I can't get my sftp client to connect but it connects just fine on my old computer still. I didn't transfer any preferences from my old computer. I started from scratch and entered login info instead since I only have two that I deal with so it should have been pretty easy. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you K

After you try to connect could you send me the contents of the Fetch Transcript window (listed in the Window menu) at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback ? I'll see what I can figure out.
