  When I start Fetch a window appears which asks for the server, user name and password. I enter everything correctly I suppose, but still the program doesn't open. What could be wrong? Something with the firewall? I'm getting kind of frustrated, because I know I got the right coordinates...

  Hi,

  Does Fetch give you an error or show a window after you click on the Connect button, or does just nothing happen?

  Could you please do the following? After you try to connect and you either get an error message or after waiting a minute, please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here. We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
