    My wife recently downloaded Fetch 5.8.2 for me. It doesn't work. I have an M1 Mac and on my old Mac, I have Fetch and it works perfect. I just need it to work on my new Mac. I entered everything correctly many times and it won't connect. I've looked in your support pages and it's not helpful (just obvious stuff) Before I cancel my purchase on my credit card, I need this fixed stat. Thanks

    Hi,

    The FTP server at brightstarmarketing.online is expecting a different password for the brights1 account than the one you are entering. If you are able to login on your old Mac I would double-check that you are entering the same Hostname, Username and Password on the new Mac that you are entering on the old Mac. I'd be happy to look at a transcript from a successful login on the old Mac to help look for the discrepancy.

    Thank you Jim.

    Interestingly, I re-entered the exact same passwords. It worked once and then failed again. After I got the original log in details from the host, a "comma" was missing. A whole day for a comma. It's working thanks.
