FTP connection could not be opened (2 posts)

  Hello,

  I’ve been using Fetch for years without problems but now it is not connecting, coming with message “A connection could not be opened. There might be a problem with your network, or the server might not be responding”.
  I’ve contacted the host and they tested the FTP using FileZilla, and it worked without issues.
  What can I do to fix the problem?
