Still can't install....Help!!! (2 posts)

  Still cannot install this thing and am getting very annoyed. This shouldn't be this much of a mystery. Called my server administrator and he said to call you folks but no number here....Gee, wonder why not?
  So please help. I have an assignment due on Sunday and MUST get this done.
  Again: What goes in Hostname for the initial install: Fetchsoftworks, etc. or my own IP address? As for Username and password, I have about a dozen of those. Do I use my yahoo password (the server administrator said something about this depending on your email address....don't know if that makes sense????). However, I also have a hotmail account. Then there's my username and password for my home computer account (I share with my husband). And of course our network name and password. Then who knows maybe I have a fetchsoftworks password that nobody told me about? At this point I am really thinking that doing this successfully is a total crap shoot. I'd love to TALK to a person but I guess that's not possible.
