Hi,
Could you contact me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback so I can gather more information?
Thanks,

Sure. I sent the transcript. Let me know if you need me to do it again after I get the error. I'll try again.

I'm not actually using fetch but have a similar problem when using SFTP directly from terminal. I think the 11.3 update might break something. Interested to know if you find a solution to this problem...

I also posted to the Mac Forums because it isn't the only issue. But no one has replied or commented, and I have work to do: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252711285

Update - rebooting in safe mode allowed me to use Fetch with SFTP. Now what? Do I have some kind of conflicting software? Or is this a Fetch issue?

Okay, so I turned off Norton and it was able to write the file when using SFTP with Fetch. I have isolated the issue to be with my virus protection. Thanks for your help.

Just updated to Big Sur 11.3. Now I cannot upload a file using Fetch. When I drop and drag the file to the files window, it keeps trying but eventually fails with zero bytes transferred. It looks like the connection is somehow failing. I can pull down a file but cannot push one to the site I am securely connected to.
Error: Fetch could not put “filename” because the connection to the SFTP server was lost. Please try again.
Server responded: “client_loop: send disconnect: Broken pipe”
