We are pleased to report that based on our testing to date, Fetch 5.7.3 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks), aside from one minor issue.
That one issue, reported by a user and confirmed in our testing, is that the path popup menu sometimes does not appear when the Path button is clicked. Clicking the Recent button appears to fix this problem, at least temporarily. Command-clicking the window title to display the path menu is not affected. We will continue to investigate this issue to determine the cause.
I’ve noticed that the graphics on the retina macbook/mavericks is very pixelated and some of the icons actually appear distorted at times. That should be a relatively easy update, right? 😉
We are working on an update with Retina support, but don’t have a schedule to announce. Thanks for the feedback!
My graphics do not appear on my web page. I am a new user. What should I do?
Please use our feedback form at

to send us some information about the problem you are experiencing (e.g. the address of the web page with the missing graphics). We’ll get back to you by email.
Thanks,

Hmm.. the problem I have on my iMac is that if I try to add a new shortcut or edit an existing one, the pop-up disappears after a couple of seconds
Hi Paul,
Which pop-up disappears? Could you send a screenshot to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com ?
Thanks,

How do I recover a lost password? I’m running an older version of the software because I need to use AdobeGoLive as my web-creator and that means I cannot upgrade past 10.6 (we h ave other Macs that use 10.10.4), but GoLive needs an older version of the system to run and we have a 770-page website and I cannot start from scratch with some new web creator.
Hi Andrew,
The latest version of Fetch, 5.7.5, runs fine on 10.6. You can fill out the form at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/serial to retrieve your Fetch serial number.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews
